As we approach the upcoming election period, The Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce invites you to the first of our special “Meet Your Candidates” event series with members of The National Party.

Whilst our organisation remains strictly apolitical, we understand the importance for local business leaders to engage with those seeking to represent them. This intimate gathering is a unique opportunity to discuss issues affecting our local business community in Kalamunda.

Guest Speakers:

• The Hon. Mia Davies MLA, State Member for Central Wheatbelt and Federal Candidate for Bullwinkel. Mia is a passionate advocate for regional Western Australia, former Leader of the Opposition, and a driving force for rural communities. She will share her insights on the future of economic development in our region and is keen to hear about the local business community’s priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
• The Hon. David Littleproud MP, Leader of The Nationals and Shadow Minister for Agriculture, will offer his national perspective on policy, innovation, and opportunities for growth, particularly in agriculture and rural economies. David is eager to learn about the business challenges and opportunities specific to our region.
• Lisa Logan, Nationals WA Local Candidate for Kalamunda. Born at Kalamunda Hospital, Lisa has deep roots in the local community and is actively involved in multiple community organisations. With 17 years as a dedicated member of The Nationals WA, and experience in the not-for-profit, finance, and agriculture sectors, Lisa is committed to advocating for local business growth and community development.

This event provides a valuable opportunity for business leaders to share their perspectives, communicate their needs, and engage in meaningful dialogue with the candidates.
