SEED Grants

In partnership with the City of Kalamunda and Hawaiian’s Forrestfield, the SEED Young Entrepreneurs Grants program offers eligible 15-25 year old’s funding to help support and promote their emerging business.

These grants aim to support young local entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses looking for financial assistance to grow or initiate new projects.

Basic Conditions:

• Applicants must be businesses or individuals located within the City of Kalamunda.
• Applicants must be aged between 15-25 years old (under 18 will require parent/guardian permission)
• Each applicant must provide a detailed proposal outlining the purpose and expected impact of the grant.
• Recipients are required to submit a report on the outcomes of the funded project within six months of receiving the grant.
• Grants are subject to availability and will be awarded based on the merit of the application.
• Successful SEED Grant Applicants can also register to participate in the SEED Competition, however SEED Competition winners cannot also apply for a grant.
• Additional Terms and Conditions will apply, based on the nature of the grant proposal and funds being received
• SEED Grant funding is open year round, limited to funds available
